The United States Men’s National Team and head coach Gregg Berhalter have 100 days till the World Cup in Qatar. Berhalter will soon miss his last chance to watch his players before sending them to Qatar if the roster is not completed swiftly. Each side can have 26 players plus 5 substitutes in each game.
Brenden Aaronson, Tyler Adams, Chris Richards, Luca De La Torre, Ethan Horvath, and Zack Steffen all left the organization this summer.
They will travel to Qatar unless someone is injured or the starting lineup changes. Even if some players were to lose their starting spots, the remaining players would still compete.
Paul Arriola (Forward)
Arriola, who can also play attacking midfield, is an essential member of the club. He will undoubtedly make the cut since he is brilliant, works hard, is a good leader, and possesses other attributes that cannot be seen.
Ethan Horvath (Keeper)
When Premier League goalkeepers are on loan, they play for Luton Town. He’s a mediocre goalie, allowing four goals out of an expected 3.2. Horvath has done all possible in four games for a Championship side that has only scored one goal to keep his starting spot.
Cristian Roldan (Midfielder)
In keeping with the concept of versatility, Roldan is an excellent player for any squad because he can play multiple positions.
Cameron Carter-Vickers (Defender)
Carter-Vickers will play center defense for the national team at the highest level of any center defender because Celtic is in the Champions League. Carter-Vickers will most likely relocate to Qatar.
James Sands (Defender)
Despite the fact that it is still early, Sands appears to have earned a berth in the Rangers’ starting lineup. Sands always plays in the center, whether for his club or his country.
Jordan Morris (Forward)
A long-shot underdog may become a strong World Cup contender with just one goal. Morris is an effective closer because he plays strong defense and is ready to take risks.
Ricardo Pepi (Forward)
Pepi’s team’s chances of winning the World Cup are dwindling. Augsburg was defeated 4-0 in the 75th minute by SC Freiburg in the first week of the Bundesliga. It was his first time playing.
Luca De La Torre (Midfielder)
De La Torre joined Celta Vigo when Heracles Almelo was demoted to the Eredivisie. The amount of time De La Torre plays will determine how well he performs in the future.
Aaron Long (Defender)
Long and the Red Bulls have had a difficult season, but the departure of Richards has had the most impact on him. Long’s flexibility to start or not start in Qatar demonstrates how well the defense functions as a unit.
Chris Richards (Defender):
Richards is now residing at the well-known Crystal Palace. After his first career start against Liverpool on Monday, Patrick Vieira believes in Richards. Richards will play in both the back four and the back three.
Joe Scally (Defender)
Scally may have arrived late, but he is now present and will most likely remain unless injured. Scally is not guaranteed a spot on the national team until he performs well at another national team camp.
